In Phase I of this project we added a garage into the hillside with living space above, resolving the problem of street parking below a high boulder retaining wall and creating a beautiful entry to this existing home. Phase II constisted of increasing the size of the living room, adding a new master bedroom wing, and improving the outdoor living space.
